Life becomes much more simple when you eliminate what you do not need. Small or tiny houses do just that. In general, houses under 1,000 sq. ft. are considered 'small' and houses under 300 sq. ft. are considered 'tiny'.
I am in the process of building a small house (512 sq. ft.) in Georgia. I am a single mom to my 3 year old son, which is why I've chosen to build a bit bigger than tiny.
